Rev. Felix Toroitich Cherutich is a dedicated chaplain with the National Police Service of Kenya, where he has served since 2016. In this role, he provides spiritual guidance, counseling, and psychosocial support to officers and their families, helping to foster emotional resilience, moral grounding, and mental well-being within the force.

Driven by a deep commitment to community service, Rev. Felix is also a passionate advocate for mental health, dignity, and the prevention of drug and substance abuse in Kenyan society. As Co-Founder of BoyChild Kenya, he plays a leading role in championing rights-based approaches to wellness, supporting individuals and communities affected by substance use, and promoting inclusive, trauma-informed support systems for all.

Rev. Felix regularly speaks in schools, community forums, churches, and public gatherings, where he combines faith-based values with evidence-based counseling to guide youth, families, and leaders. His work bridges spiritual care, mentorship, and public health creating safe spaces for healing, growth, and transformation.

With more than a decade of pastoral experience, he continues to serve with humility, compassion, and a strong belief in the power of prevention, education, and hope.
