With a strong background in environmental justice and community development, Bennittes brings over a decade of experience in designing sustainable, inclusive programmes that bridge social equity, health, and environmental protection. He has previously led youth engagement initiatives, reforestation campaigns, and advocacy platforms that promote resilience, rights, and social accountability.

Bennittes is a firm believer in community-led development, equity in service delivery, and intergenerational leadership. He speaks English, Kiswahili, German and several local languages, and is committed to building partnerships that protect, uplift, and transform the lives of boys and youth across Kenya.

“Lasting change begins when communities lead. Our role is not to impose solutions, but to build trust, invest in potential, and walk alongside young people as they reclaim their futures.”
